Working Groups-To achieve the key objectives of SAWIE

Working Groups

To achieve the key objectives of SAWIE, working group-based model is identified for capacity building of women professionals across various sectors and functional areas. The outcomes delivered by each working group will be shared with the larger SAWIE network, and made freely available to anyone interested in the activities or events of each working group.

A steering committee member will anchor each of the working groups. The steering committee may be supported by a champion, subject matter expert and other interested members.

SAWIE follows a working-group based model and is organised into four working groups, each led by one of our Steering Committee Members as the Anchor for the group. The four working groups are as follows:

Additional Working Groups can be established based on member interest. USISPFUSAID and Steering Committee shall identify members from the community for each working group and anchor the development of plan of activities and desired outcomes for each of the working groups.
