Rachika Sahay - South Asia Women in Energy (Sawie)

Rachika is a legal professional with more than 15 years of experience in advising clients on a broad range of deals particularly in the power, oil and gas and mining sector. She has led several corporate transactions including domestic as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures across various sectors.

Currently, Rachika is a partner in the Projects, Energy & Infrastructure as well as Corporate and M&A practice groups of HSA Advocates.

Prior to joining HSA, she was General Counsel of Ostro Energy. She has also worked in the oil and gas sector and has headed the legal function at Weatherford Oil Tools.

She is a law graduate from National Law Institute University, Bhopal and obtained her LL.M. from London School of Economics & Political Science, UK.
