A social media campaign is proposed for March 8 – 18, 2022 to mark the upcoming Women’s Day. This campaign is aimed at amplifying messaging around the need for gender integration and mainstreaming in the booming energy sector of South Asia. The campaign is designed to create awareness on solutions on sectoral challenges regarding Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI). The campaign content showcases challenges faced by women in different levels in the energy value chain and the solutions that have been introduced by the women workforce and by the employing institutions to address some of these key challenges.
