Ritu Lal - South Asia Women in Energy (Sawie)

Ritu leads the Business Development process at Amplus Solar. Ritu Lal has close to 20 years of rich and varied experience, primarily in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Her past employers include GlaxoSmithKline and DSM. She has diverse geographical exposure – other than India, she has worked in Europe, and has also been responsible for the Asia-Pacific, Middle-East & Africa regions. She has worked extensively in Purchasing and Supply Chain, and has had substantial stints in Finance, HR, Facilities Management and Administration. Her cross-functional and cross-regional experience has given her an excellent insight into overall business operations. She has also worked as an independent consultant in the areas of Purchasing and Training.

Her experience and skill sets give her a unique understanding of customer requirements and expectations. She holds an MBA degree from FMS, Delhi (1996).
