Anuja Kadian - South Asia Women in Energy (Sawie)

Anuja Kadian heads Government Relations at Rolls-Royce India & South Asia where she looks after policy implications across businesses, develops relationships with policy-makers and facilitates new opportunities for engagement. As a strategic relationship builder, Anuja plays a crucial role in educating the senior management and business leaders about the governmental process; educating government officials about the issues important to business and identifying and monitoring important issues that affect the business. She also actively contributes to the development of regional government relations strategies for use in advancing the business objectives of Rolls-Royce in the region.

Anuja also works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that our business practices uphold the highest quality levels that meet or exceed regulatory and governmental requirements. She also oversees and manages Community Investment initiatives for Rolls-Royce in the region.

Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Anuja has consulted to several Fortune 500 companies to map complex regulatory framework, policy advocacy, stakeholder environment and entry strategy. In her recent assignment at AstraZeneca, Anuja set up innovation as key pillar of public affairs strategy for South Asia & International markets. She was actively involved in promoting digital health learning amongst China, India, Sweden & UK.

Anuja is an Electronics Engineer and holds MBA in Technology Management. She is an amateur photographer and painter.
