Angel Jacob - South Asia Women in Energy (Sawie)

Angel Jacob is the communications lead for the Asia programs at Climate Policy Initiative, where she manages all publicity and strategic outreach for the teams. Her responsibilities include writing, editing, and review of all analysis, communicating complex themes through data design, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, targeted at multiple global audiences. Additionally, she also develops and conducts integrated external communications strategies through media outreach to top-tier business, financial and social media.

Prior to this, Angel worked with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as a Communication Consultant under the project titled Umbrella Programme for Natural Resource Management (UPNRM). She has a Masters in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University.
