She has held Progressive Leadership roles in Multinational like Bombardier, GE, Honeywell, Siemens, Hitachi, Schneider etc. consistently driving Profitable growth in India, South East Asia & Global Mandates through Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, M&A, Branding & Licensing and P&L Management. Her Versatile Industry experience includes: Energy (Generation, T&D- Smart Grid), Renewables -Solar, Railways, Water, Oil & Gas, Solar, Security and Smart City with acumen for IOT technologies coupled with Automation, Control &Electrical & Turnkey Project Management capabilities.

As P&L Leader she has held many roles like Country Head – Rio Tinto (Mining & BPO), Head of Infra Group-Hitachi India Ltd. (Sr. V.P) and Commercial & Marketing Director –GE India. She delivered Corporate roles with equal acumen at Schneider Electric India Ltd. as Vice President Strategy, Marketing, Energy Efficiency & Partnerships & Alliance. In her long career, she also took global roles with equal aplomb at Bombardier Singapore Pte Ltd as Head of Sales & Business Development for Fast Growing Cities and at Honeywell International Ltd as Director Licensing. She set up the APAC business for California Based start-up Smart Energy Water for SAAS Cloud based solution in Utilities while flexing her Entrepreneur skills.

She has championed investments into India with Three M&A to credit with various MNC’s and has been on Board of “Schneider Electric Foundation” and “Rio Tinto India Ltd”. As a leader who is committed to Society, has Led Corporate Social Responsibility at Schneider in 2016-17 as Board Director & Executive head “Schneider Electric Foundation”.

She is a professional in Engineering (B.Tech – Instrumentation), and has done “Women Directorship Program” from “University of Hongkong”.
