Debolina Chakravarty - South Asia Women in Energy (Sawie)

With around 13 years of overall experience, Debolina has grounding in Technology and Software, followed by five years of search with Spencer Stuart. In her current role, she is the Research Director in India and is a member of the Technology, Business & Professional Services and Legal practices. From a geographical standpoint, she focuses on companies operating in India and the broader Asia Pacific region.

Prior to this, she has over 8 years of experience in IT product development and management of turnkey implementation projects across Europe, North America and India; more than six years in the UK. She has led the development team of 12 people for vielife, a CIGNA health insurance company building a leading-edge health and targeted risk assessment IT solution on Java and .NET platforms. She has managed turnkey implementation projects for several key European and North American accounts e.g. Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) UK, Bupa, Standard Life, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cisco. She has directly managed client relationship on an on-going basis for DWP (via Right Management), Blue cross Blue Shield.
